Internet searches only turn up information that seems low quality

I can't believe I was a thin, weak guy just a year and half ago. Amazing changes happened since then. It's even startling how a person can change. I followed a blog called STEROIDS BULKING & GAIN WEIGHT course but it wasn't the only thing that helped, of course. A combination of incredibly professional workouts by my coach plus protein rich diet combined with yes, steroids, did the deed.

From upper body only, maybe. your conditioning is excellent, and usually natties have trouble retaining size with conditioning. But looking at the legs you would have my fooled. They're not massive or extremely conditioned like most non-natty BBs are.

On a side note, a few answers on here mentioned that your lack of fat on your mid section tips them off. I don't understand what they mean by that, as I have been able to keep a similar condition without the use of gear.
